The Combined Forum targets Ministers of Finance and/or Economic Planning, Secretaries of Finance and of Planning and Central Bank Governors.The theme of the 2015 Combined Forum was Leveraging Sovereign Wealth Funds as a Tool for Economic Transformation. This was a build-up from the 2015 MEFMI Governors’ Forum on the same theme which was held in July 2015 in Basel, Switzerland on the sidelines of the BIS Annual Meetings. It is MEFMI tradition to synthesize policy discussions and outcomes from high level fora into detailed reports.
