This includes reviewing the underlying assumptions, progress of implementation and achievement of intended results. In order for an assessment to have its full value in terms of learning and accountability it has to be properly packaged and disseminated to the relevant audiences. It is important that assessment use performance data from all levels of the results chain (input, process, output, outcome, and impact indicators) and compare these against established targets. This note will specify numerous categories of performance, critical steps in laying the groundwork for assessment, and essential elements of a monitoring plan. | Détenteur du copyright | African Community of Practice (AfCoP) | Copyright URL | http://afrik4r.org/ | Taille du fichier | 883453 MB | Format du fichier | PDF | [ Voir/télécharger document ] |
