AbstractThe main purpose of this study was to establish the corporate governance practices that are currently obtaining within the ACBF-supported institutions and make recommendations that will ensure the adoption of the highest standards of corporate governance for efficiency and sustainability within the institutions. The main expected outputs of the study were: comprehensive instruments for analyzing corporate governance and management practices, a detailed analysis of corporate governance and management practices and recommendations for effective corporate governance procedures and practices in ACBF-supported institutions.
